Please note that we are located in the UK. Therefore deliveries to other countries will naturally take longer than "in country" delivery. 

How to make your selection.

Our primary currency is GBP but you may view the site and make your purchases in a number of other currencies, currently USD; CAD; AUD or EUR. To change the currency simply scroll down this, or any other page, and select your currency from the drop-down list on the right.

Use the menu on the left to narrow down your selection eg gemstones and pearls/pendants. Choose an item you would like more information on and click on the photo or title. This will take you to a more complete description. If you click on the new image you will be able to view the item in close up.

How to buy. 

 Click on the buy now button to buy. Pay by PayPal, credit or debit card. PayPal will process your credit/debit card for us whether or not you have an account with them. Click here to learn about the advantages of a PayPal account.  After you have completed the payment process please, click on the "return to merchant" button. This will enable the software to properly complete your transaction and send you an e-mail confirming your order.

Our photographs.

None of the photographs used on this web site give any indication of scale. Where possible, we try to include details of the size of the piece in the description. If you are in any doubt and to avoid disappointment, please take the time to check dimensions against a ruler or tape measure before ordering.

Do I need to open an account?

You do not need to open an account to buy from us but if you do you will gain advantages such as:

• your shopping cart contents can be saved if you have to leave half way through placing an order.
• you can check where an order is up to in the order/delivery process.
• you can see what you have ordered previously.
• you can store gift vouchers or discount codes.
• you only need to enter your address details once during the account creation process.
• it doesn't cost you anything, but you will need to remember a password.

Delivery charges, methods and times.

We currently ship to the UK, countries in the European Union, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries on request (use the contact us link on the left). All goods are sent by Royal Mail. 

Why do we charge for shipping?

Well, to be brutally honest, there's no such thing as a free lunch. If our goods were "free p&p" then we'd have to add the cost on to each and every item. That would mean if you were making multiple purchases you'd pay postage twice - or 3 times or 4 times...... we don't think that would be fair so we base our postal charges on the total value of your order. We hope you understand our reasoning. However, once your purchases exceed £50 we are better able to absorb postage costs and offer you half price p&p and once you spend more than £100 it's FREE!

The following table shows our current charges. During the present postal dispute we have added a 3 - 5 day flat rate, tracked courier service to our postal options for UK customers of £4.25. You will see this option at checkout.

Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment has been received for goods held in stock. Items marked on the description as "to order only" will take a little longer. Please allow 28days (UK) for delivery but we will keep you informed by e-mail if this is going to be significantly longer or shorter. We cannot be held responsible for goods delayed in transit. We will always notify you by email when goods have been dispatched. Please add us to your contacts list to ensure you receive any important emails.

Orders over £20- Please note that all postal methods for orders valued over £20 will require a signature on arrival. If you know you are not going to be at home to receive your goods you can arrange delivery to another address e.g. your work address, a relative or friend. Alternatively, for UK customers only, if you would prefer your order to be delivered on a particular day of the week (NB NOT a particular date), please tell us in the comments box during the checkout process and we will "hold" your order and post on the preceding day. Please note that speed of delivery is entirely in the hands of the Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for any delays after the package has left us. Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery for recorded items although they make every effort to achieve this.

Royal Mail Special Delivery- UK Customers. All orders over £32 are automatically sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery as this includes postal insurance. You may choose this method for lower value items. All items currently in stock will be posted within 3 days of your order being received and Royal Mail then guarantee delivery the following day before 1pm. Please note: we cannot guarantee every item will be in stock, in which case delivery will take a little longer. We will tell you if this is the case.

International Orders - All international orders (except ring gauges) are now posted by "International Signed For" due to orders being lost in the post. We apologise for the extra cost that this will incur.

Returns policy.

All jewellery is exactly as described and is checked before dispatch for any damage. We sincerely hope you will like what you buy. However, if you change your mind for any reason we offer a no quibble 7 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us by using the "contact us" link within 7 days to request a refund and arrange return. Returned goods must be in the same condition as when dispatched for a full refund. We regret that postage costs can only be reimbursed if the goods are faulty or the company is in some way at fault eg. wrong goods dispatched or item significantly not as described. This applies to both dispatch and return p&p charges.

Rings.

When buying rings you need to double check your ring size. There is information about this on the "Ring sizes" link on the left, there is also more information in the "Interesting info" category. Please note that many of our rings are only available in one size and that is why the drop down box only contains one option. If more sizes are available they will show in the drop down box. The good news - most rings can be resized either up or down 1 to 2 sizes by your local jeweller and this is not as traumatic as you might think! However, we recommend that you do not order a ring which needs adjusting by more than 2 sizes as the setting could be compromised. We are currently sourcing rings that are available in large and small sizes as well as "average" so come back soon if we don't have what you are looking for at the moment. Pendants and chains.

Many of our pendants are offered WITHOUT chains. This is to increase your flexibility and choice. Please read the product description carefully to determine whether or not a chain is included in the price. If the chain is not included and you require one, please go to our chains and cords section to choose the chain which is right for you!

Earrings.

All of our earrings are for pierced ears unless otherwise stated. They are not suitable for the healing period following piercing.

Gift Cards.

If you are sending your purchase directly to someone else as a gift we can enclose a personalised card with your own message for a small charge of 50p. Just go to gift cards in the left hand menu and follow the instructions.
